The WASH HUB is a regional center that brings together the logistical, technical, and human capacities of Central American Red Cross societies to strengthen water, sanitation, and hygiene operations before and during emergencies.
This factsheet highlights its five pillars (Capacity Development, Equipment, Planning, Emergency Response, and Sustainability), current operational capacity (442,000 liters of safe water producible daily, 150+ trained volunteers), and its value as a localized, cost-effective humanitarian response network.
