These are example menstrual hygiene information flyers developed by the IFRC. They are provided as a starting point and should be adapted to suit your local language, context, and culture. In an emergency, they can be used as-is. The information flyer includes basic information on menstruation, and how to use, care for and dispose of menstrual hygiene materials.
Under IFRC Minimum Standards, an information flyer is a mandatory requirement and must always be included with any distribution of menstrual hygiene materials — whether in an MHM kit, dignity kit, or any other kit containing menstrual hygiene items.
