You are part of the Aroha Red Cross Society (ARCS) WatSan NDRT. There have been heavy rains in the north of Aroha, which has caused flooding.
You have been deployed today with the ARCS WatSan Kit 5, but it will take you at least 1 week to 10 days to set it up and begin distributing safe water to the beneficiaries.
In the meantime, you have asked the ARCS DM / Relief team to distribute PUR sachets and buckets to the affected people, so that they can treat water at household level until the Kit 5 is set up or the situation improves.
