This report evaluates gender equality within the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) team of the Austrian Red Cross (AutRC). The study was done by graduate students from the Master of Public Administration program at Central European University (CEU).
The goal was to gain a deeper understanding of how gender dynamics shape staff and volunteer experiences and how well the organization’s commitments to gender equality are reflected in day-to-day practice.
