Training exercise: Spot the problems with rainwater harvesting

This is a training exercise for community volunteers to practise recognising common problems with rainwater harvesting systems, such as gutters, tank covers, overflow pipes and the area around the tank. Participants look at a drawing, find what is wrong and suggest solutions. It helps volunteers learn what to check to keep rainwater clean and the system working. An answer key is included for trainers.

Time: 60 mins
Format: Small group work
